ReactiveVideo

From the smallest to the full fledged ReactiveVideo system

With the smallest ReactiveVideo system, only simple, linear scenarios can be played. The full fledged system includes everything the smaller ones offer, but it can also handle branching scenarios. Compared to the basic system, an additional feature is that when a shot is fired, the playback does not merely stop; the impact point of the projectile is also marked with a red circle on the projector screen.

Compared to the basic system, an additional feature is that when a shot is fired, the playback of the scenario does not only stop, but the point of impact of the projectile is marked with a red circle on the projection screen. During rapid fire, multiple hits are also marked. Later, the shots can be reviewed, and the system also indicates where the shooter fired. This system is already capable of handling weapons with different ballistic characteristics.

The full fledged system includes everything the smaller ones offer, but it can also handle branching scenarios: at the moment of the shot, the hit is evaluated, and the scene continues differently depending on whether the target is hit or missed. This system includes a certified projector and sound system, which are available as optional add-ons for the smaller systems.

ReactiveVideo Basic

With the smallest ReactiveVideo system, only simple, linear scenarios can be played. Upon the sound of a shot, playback stops immediately; with the assistance of the shooting instructor, the hit can be evaluated on the frozen image, after which the continuation of the scenario can be viewed. The projection is made onto inexpensive white paper attached to the bullet trap wall, so no special background is required.
